The Creator’s Ball is an invitation-only cultural gala designed to honor, elevate, and invest in Black creativity at its highest level. Rooted in intention and legacy, the Ball brings together artists, cultural leaders, innovators, and supporters for an evening where artistry, influence, and philanthropy converge.
Curators of Culture: Shades of Melanin serves as both a celebration and a statement — recognizing culture not as a trend, but as a living, evolving body of work worthy of preservation, investment, and respect.
The Cause
The Creator’s Ball proudly benefits Empowered Arts Academy, a 501(c)3 registered nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth through arts education, mentorship, and professional creative exposure.
Empowered Arts Academy provides students with access to:

The Creator’s Ball was born from the belief that Black creativity deserves not only applause, but access. Too often, talent exists without the resources needed to nurture it fully. This evening is my commitment to culture, to youth, and to legacy. It is a reminder that when we invest intentionally, we create futures that reflect our highest values. When you step into the Creator’s Ball, you are not simply attending an event, you are becoming part of a movement that honors the past, elevates the present, and builds the future.
